I also had the WebDAV and the DSM web interface connection issues. The response to my support request was also to log in as admin to the web interface and provide logs, which was impossible as I clearly stated that web interface was unusable. So I downgraded to DSM 5.0-4493, then upgraded to 5.0-4493 Update 5. All is well working now

Re: Orbi and Synology Web Interface Just guessign here but most likely the IP address of your Synology has changed due to putting the new router in place and the bookmarks you might have in Safari and IP address recorded in your phone are not correct anymore.

The Download Station extension for Google Chrome allows you to manage download tasks on your Synology Diskstation from within Google Chrome. With this extension you do no longer need to login to the web interface to add a download task. Simply right-click the file you want to download and choose the Download Station context-menu item.
